Delete Account

You can delete your Peaked account and its data yourself, at any time, without contacting us. This page explains how, and exactly what deletion removes and keeps.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is self-service and available in both the mobile app and the website.

  1. Sign in to Peaked on your phone or at peaked.pro.
  2. Open Settings — on the website this is Settings → Profile.
  3. Find Delete My Account and select it.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.

That is the whole process. There is no waiting period and no approval step — the account is torn down as you confirm, and the action cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the in-app control, email support@peaked.pro from the address registered on the account, using the subject Data deletion request. We will verify the request is genuinely yours before acting on it, and will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens if you are an athlete

Deleting your athlete account removes your profile and the coaching data attached to it: your training and cardio logs, workout completions, meal plans and food logs, weight and measurement entries, progress photos and uploaded files, goals, check-in submissions, and any protocol or supplement notes kept on your record.

Your active subscription to your coach is cancelled first, before anything is deleted, so you are not billed after your account is gone.

What your coach keeps. Your coach’s business records — the payment and invoice history, subscription records, message history and the log of any account access — are retained for their tax, accounting and legal obligations. Your identifying reference on those records is removed at the point of deletion, so what remains is an anonymous transaction rather than a person. This is described in full under Data retention in our Privacy Policy.

What happens if you are a coach

Deleting a head coach account deletes your profile and your workspace: your business settings, team, labels, templates, leads and CRM records go with it.

Every client subscription on your account is cancelled as part of the deletion, so none of your athletes is billed afterwards.

Your athletes are not deleted. They keep their own accounts and their own data, simply with no coach attached. An athlete who opens the app afterwards is told that their coach’s account was deleted.

Assistant coaches cannot delete the account. Only the head coach can delete a coaching account. If you are an assistant coach and want to leave, ask your head coach to remove you from the team instead — that removes your access without destroying the business.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore an account afterwards, so it is worth a moment first:

  • Download or screenshot anything you want to keep — progress photos, logs, plans and files are removed with the account.
  • If you subscribe to Peaked through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel that subscription in your store account as well; deleting your Peaked account does not cancel a store-managed subscription on its own.
  • If you only want to stop coaching for a while, ask your coach to pause instead — you keep your history that way.

Timing

Your data is removed from our live systems immediately on confirmation. Residual copies may remain in encrypted, access-controlled backups for up to 30 days, after which those backups expire. We do not restore a backup in order to recover data you asked us to delete. Records we are required to keep are covered under Data retention.
